Scott had listed our condo before but the timing wasn't the best our building was in the process of having repairs to porches. When we decided to list again we returned to Scott. He has been great and I am so thankful I chose him! He is very kind and compassionate and that helps put the seller at ease! Couldn't have been happier!

This purchase is the 4th transaction that Scott Matthews has handled for us. We have used him as a Seller and Buyer agent. Scott goes above and beyond. He is always available to discuss our needs and actively negotiated for us, to get the best deal on both sales and purchases. Scott is very knowledgable about the large area of communities in Myrtle Beach and was very helpful to us when deciding on this home purchase. Scott was fantastic to work with. He did a great job marketing and getting traffic through my place. It sold for full asking price, very quickly! He is a "local" which gives him a leg up, especially in this market, over others. He is honest, hard working and very responsive. I am so glad I used him (this is my second time).

Scott Mathews is an extremely professional realtor with excellent local knowledge of the local areas. He is very approachable and is easy to build a rapport with. I used Scott for the recent sale of my property in Barefoot landing. I used Scott a year before when I purchased this property and would not have even considered using anyone else for this sale. Never had a better experience from start to finish

Scott had been my agent for four or five previous buys or sales. This sale actually fell apart two different times and the buyers agent "gave up" and announced the sale was not going to happen. Both times Scott got involved to assist the buyer in finding a new lender in one case and clearing up a technical problem. With any other agent my sale would probably have stalled or not completed. A sincere Thank You to Scott Mathews.

Scott was fantastic at guiding us through the sale of our condo. He is very experienced at helping foreign owners get through the process as smoothly as possible.

It was important we found an professional and aggressive broker. We had worked with a passive broker prior to Scott and it was like pulling teeth to get them to look into something or test the waters by contacting the seller's agent. We didn't have that problem with Scott. He was always on top of things and kept our interests forefront in his dealings. Scott we as very helpful in regards to negotiation of price and concessions - he'd let us know if we could be more aggressive or if we needed to dial it back. Scott is also career Air Force, so he exudes all of these positive personal qualities. It was noted and very much appreciated.

Me and my wife looked for property in the North Myrtle beach for close to 9 years. I just stopped into the Century 21 office one day and he happened to be there. Over the years we have looked at many houses and condos. Scott always answered the phone and always made time to meet us. He kept us on his email list as well. I know at times he had to think " Are these people ever going to buy a house ?" In the end he found us a condo that we have truly love. I would recommend and use him again in a heart beat. Great guy (Even though he likes the Cowboys) and just a good person!
