I would recommend Scott Mathews to anyone. He answered the million questions that I had and very quick to respond.

Scott Matthews took the needed time out of his busy schedule several times to show us houses to work with our schedule. Scott Mathews knew what we were looking for and did everything he could to get all of the things we were looking. Scott Mathews is always available to answer questions and help figure things out if you need help! Scott Mathews I really can’t say enough about him to prove his first class service. You will have to see for yourself. You will be happy you did !!!!

I chose Scott Mathews because I liked his presentation of what he does, how he dose and ways he approaches his business. Scott is very knowledgeable about the market in the area and about particular building itself ... and because Scott has a great personality! Then I was impressed with his professionalism! Scott always was there when I needed him. Scott was very patient, polite and knew about everything! I will always recommend Scott Mathews to everyone who is looking for great Broker!

Scott Mathews always got back with us with any questions we had. I am pretty picky with questions and he never acted like any thing we asked was a "stupid" question since after all we aren't used to selling property on a regular basis. Scott also kept us updated with comments from prospective buyers who looked at our house. He did this at least every other week and sometimes more often. He always stayed positive about getting the right buyer to come along even when so many people said our home was too small or not large enough. Like I said I have already recommended Scott to someone because we thought he was excellent.

Scott is an asset to sell or buy a home. Absolutely 100% professional and personable.

Scott done a tremendous job in setting the price, showing the unit and walking everybody through when people showed interest. The sale and closing was so easy as I did not even have to be present all the paperwork was sent to me and sent back and withing two days the checks were deposited in my account. He sold our condo at the beach in about 2 or 3 weeks found us the house that we loved when we decided to sail it's sold in 2 weeks he has a great personality he's very professional he's very smart and knows the business well we would definitely use him again.

The whole process: finding a place [took us through at least half a dozen]; his assessment of the various locations and our accessibility to the beach and other points of interest; his advice on our offer was on the money.
