Scott was an absolute treasure during our homebuying journey. We were strategizing a move from the southern Delaware Beaches and had limited knowledge of the North Myrtle Beach area. Scott was patient, informative, professional and incredibly welcoming. I couldn't imagine having worked with anyone else, now knowing how his expertise and care would carry us through to settlement and beyond. I will be insisting every friend or family member use Scott for their homebuying or selling needs, and should we decide to buy again in the future, Scott will be our guy. Scott Mathews is an excellent real estate broker. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He kept in constant communication with me and readily explained anything I did not understand. This was critical in my case because I was unable to be present for the closing on my property and had to do that remotely. There were a couple of glitches during the process, but Scott was right on top of things and had resolutions in a timely manner.
